Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti rodinného podniku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na konkurenceschopnost rodinného podniku. Cílem práce je zhodnocení a analýza konkurenceschopnosti pomocí vybraných metod a následné navrhnutí řešení pro zlepšení situace. V teoretické části jsou definovány jednotlivé pojmy, týkající se tématu a popsány metody, kterými je vybraný podnik analyzován. Začátek praktické části se zabývá charakteristikou podniku Cyklo Šlachta a jeho předmětu podnikání. Tento podnik je poté pomocí jednotlivých metod analýzy konkurenceschopnosti podroben detailnímu rozboru. Jedná se o PESTLE analýzu, Porterovu analýzu 5 konkurenčních sil, SWOT analýzu a analýzu finanční. Výsledky ukázaly, že je podnik dostatečně konkurenceschopný a má potenciál se v budoucnosti dále rozvíjet. Mezi jeho nejsilnější stránky patří firemní kultura, chování majitelů podniku ke svým zákazníkům a s tím spojená jejich dobrá zpětná vazba. Ve spojení slabých stránek firmy a příležitostí na trhu jsou vytvořeny návrhy ke zvýšení konkurenceschopnosti a získání konkurenční výhody. Hlavním doporučením je zvýšení reklamy a propagace firmy. Mezi další patří vytvoření nových internetových stránek, snížení nákladů či rozšíření nabídky zboží.

This bachelor thesis is focused on competitiveness of the family business. The main goal is to appreciate and to analyze the competitiveness and the cosecutive proposal of the solution for making the situation better. There are defined ideas in the theoretical part, regarding to the topic and methods are described which analyze the business. In the beginning of the practical part analyses the characteristics of the Cyklo Slachta business and its object of business. This business is subjected as an analysis by numbers of methods to analyse its competitiveness. It is about the PESTILE ANALYSIS, the Porter analysis of five competetive powers, SWOT analysis and the financial analysis. The results showed the business to be competitive and has the potential of the development in future. The culture of the business, treating owners to employees and a good feedback are the main sites of its strength. The weakest parts of the business in connection with opportunities on the market were developed the ideas of increasing the competitiveness and gaining the competitive advantage. The main recommendation is to increase the advertisement and propagation of the business. Other recommendations are developing new websites, reducing costs and expanding the products offers.
