Systém evidence a pasportizace domovního a bytového fondu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem evidence a pasportizace domovního a bytového fondu. V úvodu je stanovena úloha pasportizace, následuje charakteristika a rozdělení pasportů podle obsahu a formálního členění. Další část se zabývá údržbou a opravami domů a bytů a jejich rozdělení. Dále je popsána možnost způsobu zhotovení a vedení pasportizace. Poté jsou zde vypsána technická zařízení s popisem údržby a revizí jednotlivých zařízení. Na základě studia dané problematiky je sestavena praktická část práce, kterou je aplikace na konkrétní bytový dům v Praze Uhříněvsi.

Bachelor thesis deals with inventory system and passportization of residential and housing fund. The introduction is dedicated to the role of passportization, followed by specifications and distribution of passports according to their content and formal structure. The next part is focused on the maintenance and repairs of the houses and apartments and their distribution. Further, the method and management of passportization is described. Then there is a list of technical equipment with the description of maintenance and revision of individual facilities. The following practical part of the thesis is based on the problem study and deals with an application to the specific apartment house in Praha – Uhříněves.
