Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of the quality of heterogeneous welded Joints of electric motor stator frame. The theoretical part describes the options weldability of different types of steel and described in detail MAG welding method, which is for the production of the above components most often used. Attention is also paid to the control to achieve the desired quality of welding. The experimental part of the diploma thesis is focused on the implementation of heterogeneous welded joint and methods of testing. Based on the results obtained from the experiment is assessing the quality and suitability of heterogeneous weld joint for a given component.
