Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the housing construction in South Moravian region in 1999 - 2007 with attention to comparison communal and private housing construction. It is divided into three chapters. The first chapter characterizes basic conceptions of living together with analysis of housing stock in the Czech republic. The second chapter deals with current housing policy of the state and takes notice of regional housing policy. The third chapter comprises central analytic part of the text. The housing construction is studied in territory of Czech republic, in regions and mainly in South Moravian region. The analysis of construction in South Moravian region is realized with attention to an investor, to type of building in which is a flat located and to the duration of construction. Finally is the housing construction divided according to local position. The bachelor thesis concluded that communal housing construction decreased towards private construction in studied period.
