Finanční a ekonomická analýza vybrané agentury práce

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku agentur práce v České republice. Cílem práce bylo zpracovat a vyhodnotit ekonomickou analýzu vybrané agentury práce působící v ČR. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části byly charakterizovány agentury práce, trh práce a činnosti agentur práce na tomto trhu. V praktické části byla provedena finanční a fundamentální analýza. Analýzy byly vypracovány na základě informací z veřejně dostupných účetních výkazů a zároveň na základě informací a zkušeností autora práce, které byly získány odbornou praxí v agentuře práce. Jednotlivé analýzy byly vyhodnoceny a následně byly zformulovány závěry a doporučení pro vybranou agenturu práce.

This diploma thesis deals the issue of employment agencies in the Czech Republic. The aim of the diploma thesis was to process and evaluate the economic analysis of a selected employment agency operating in the Czech Republic. This thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part characterized the employment agencies, the labor market and the activities of employment agencies in this market. In the practical part, a financial and fundamental analysis was performed. The analyzes were prepared on the basis of information from publicly available financial statements and on the basis of informations and experiences of the author of the thesis, which were obtained by professional practice in the employment agency. The individual analyzes were evaluated and recommendations were formulated for the selected employment agency.
