Zhodnocení očekávání pracovních požadavků zaměstnanců generace X, Y, Z

Abstract

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is the evaluation of the work requirements of generations X, Y, Z, in order to provide meaningful conclusions from the data obtained and to draw recommendations from these data on how to deal with such people in an employment relationship. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part defines concepts such as the labor market, the issue of choosing a profession and motivation in the work environment and related concepts related to this issue. The practical part evaluates the results obtained from the questionnaire survey. The result of the work is the confirmation or rejection of five hypotheses and a draft recommendation concerning generations X, Y and Z.
