Abstract
The aim of the thesis is an analysis of selected personnel activities in the enterprise. In the theoretical part of the thesis are those of the authors mentioned on various HR functions. The practical part is first introduced business. Following is an analysis of selected personnel actions in the company. Through the survey is evaluated employee satisfaction economic company conclusion, improving measures are proposed for some areas of personnel activities.
