Abstract

The theme of my thesis is the quality and safety of radiodiagnostical engineering of the radiodiagnostic workplaces category I. and II. at the University hospital in Ostrava. X-ray diagnostic kits are tested periodically for the testing of long-term stability and operational stability tests. It is also an integral part of the developing process of testing and visual systems. Verification of operational parameters of imaging systems is carried out to ensure quality imaging of X-ray image. Since the quality of these systems affects the accuracy of the diagnosis. The aim of the tests is performed to minimize unwanted exposure of personnel and optimal medical exposure of patients to ensure a minimum dose of radiation to create high-quality X-ray film and his views on negatoscopes. The results of individual testing constancy is necessary to show the charts that facilitate recognition of individual variation of parameters, and any deviation from normal operation will not be overlooked. It is therefore important program that will automatically detect changes in parameter values for selected tests of stability, and continuously monitor displays the values of technical parameters.
