Abstract
The thesis is focused on the area of adaptation and education of new salesmen in a selected insurance company.
The theoretical basis of the thesis is set up to explain individual ways of human learning, education, development or training from expert point of view, and to describe the most important education methods and techniques, including appropriateness of their use.
The practical part is focused on the analysis of the adaptation process and education of new salesmen, above all on the used forms and methods of education, required professional knowledge and skills, and the activity of coaches.
The thesis contains a draft manual the new salesmen would use as a set of supportive working materials.
The final chapter comprises proposals and recommendations that could lead to improvement or increase in efficiency of the adaptation process and education.
