Recyklace bioplastů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce řeší problematiku recyklace bioplastů, dále pojednává o současném stavu produkce těchto materiálů, nárůstu jejich produkce a také možností jejich využití v různých průmyslových odvětvích. Součástí práce je kapitola zahrnující charakteristiku bioplastů, jejich klasifikaci, stručný popis a možnosti jejich odstranění. Nárůst produkce odpadů je důsledkem industriálního a také sociálního rozvoje, s čímž souvisí možnosti jejich odstranění v rámci procesu recyklace, kompostování, spalování a ukládání na skládky. Recyklační proces využívající bioplasty k opětovnému použití nelze využít pro všechny typy těchto plastů, důvodem jsou probíhající změny ve vlastnostech materiálů v průběhu recyklačního procesu. Následek tohoto jevu je využívání bioplastů v kompostovacím procesu, který je založen na biologické degradaci bioplastů za vzniku plnohodnotného kompostu.

Bachelor thesis point on the problem of recycling of bioplastics, further discusses the current state of the production of these materials, the growth of production and the possibility of their use in various industrial sectors. Part of this work is the chapter containing the characteristic of bioplastics, their classification, a brief description and the possibility of their removal. The increase in waste production is a consequence of the industrial and social development, which is related to the possibility of their elimination in the process of recycling, composting, incineration and landfilling. The recycling process using bioplastics for reuse, can’t be used for all types of these plastics, the reason are changes ongoing in the material properties during the recycling process. The consequence of this is the use of bioplastics in the composting process, which is based on biological degradation of bioplastics give full fledged compost.
