Bezpečnost a ochrana klienta v bankovním sektoru

Abstract

Bachelor´s thesis analyses and evaluates protective elements which work for protection of bank clients and financial stability in Czech banking sector. Evaluates what could be results of not keeping protective measures for all participants of bankig sector. Thesis describes current most important legislative and other measures and explores their value for clients and banks themselves. Mentioned are also actual problems in bank client protection. Results of financial complications which could happen in economy with good working system of protection clients and protection of financial sector and in economy without good working system of protection clients and protection of financial sector are compared. The safety of banking sector is evaluated as the whole.
