Sanační skrývka jako nedílná součást rekultivačního procesu

Abstract

V předložené bakalářské práci je zpracována problematika sanace a rekultivace jako vypořádání se škodami, které zanechává povrchová těžba nerostných surovin na krajině. Nejdříve je blíže charakterizován proces rekultivace z několika hledisek. Je zde popsán jeho vývoj, účel, principy a legislativa, kterou jsou sanační a rekultivační činnosti ošetřeny. V další části se práce věnuje etapám a způsobům rekultivací, a zmiňuje důležité projektové dokumentace, dle nichž se rekultivace realizují a řídí. Dále jsou podrobněji zpracovány sanační práce, způsoby provádění zakládání sanační skrývky a jejich ekonomické zhodnocení s ohledem na náklady, které budou vzájemně porovnány, aby bylo možné následně v závěru práce doporučit ekonomičtější způsob provádění sanační skrývky.

The presented thesis analyzes the issues of remediation and reculvation as a dealing with the damage to the landscape left after the surface mining and quarrying. At first it characterizes the process of recultivation from several aspects. This part describes the development, purpose, principles and legislation, which the remediation and reclamation activities are treated by. The next part deals with the methods and stages of reclamation. It also mentions the importance of project documentation according to which the recultivation is implemented and managed. In the following part the remediation works are described in detail, the establishment of arrangements for implementing remedial overbuden and its economic evaluation according to the costs that will be compared with each other in order to be able to suggest a more economical way of the implementation of the remedial overburden, at the end of the thesis.
