Územní studie využití lokality „U hřbitova“ k bydlení, Přerov

Abstract

Topic of this diploma thesis is proposal of suitable residential use of undeveloped land in the “U hřbitova” location, for polyfunctional residential function, in variant solutions. The site is located on the southeast edge of development areas of the town of Přerov. The thesis deals with a proposal of design of both lateral and longitudinal spatial layouts of the future street floorscape, with a proposal of possible use of the area for housing by building up polyfunctional objects, including a proposal of a possibility of successively implementation of individual time stages in the direction from today's buildings to undeveloped land.
