Moravská Ostrava a Přívoz – návrh zástavby v proluce polyfunkčním domem, nároží ulic Šubertova x Hollarova

Abstract

The assignment of the bachelor’s thesis is developing a civil engineering project of a multifunctional building in vacant site in the corner of Subertova and Hollarova streets in the center of Ostrava for zoning decision. The construction project contains solution of car parking and barrier-free utilization of the building and respects limits proceeding from the situation in a municipal preservation area. The project is elaborated in two variants of solution following the neighbour building, connected to a local transport infrastructure and municipal engineering and resolves utilization of the building including the marking of functional areas.
