Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of the investment project. In the theoretical part, the attention is paid to basic phases of investment decisions and the description of methods of evaluating the investment efficiency. The practical part applies the theoretical knowledge to the practical investment project and tries to offer specific investment recommendations. First of all cash flows are determined, the discount rate for the project evaluation and consequently the project itself.
