Abstract

The goal of thesis was described the internal quality control problems in clinical laboratory as a part of analytic process quality management system. In theory part describes the procedures of internal quality control outgoing from the manuals of proffesional companies. In practise part describes is focused for the procedure how to verify the presumptions of data, control charts and measurement uncertainty evaluation implemented into the biochemical diagnostics. We shows, that it is necessity to verify dates specially in imunoanalytical methods. Dates is not be in normal distribution. Unexpectedly we find systematic error in biochemistry methods and several mistake in statistic program Kudu QC Validator. For accreditation we can use to assement measurement uncertainty in calculator on web site of SEKK company.
