Abstract

Bachelor thesis deal with analysis of handball team management. Goal is to focus on functioning, financial situation and further more provide analysis based on Swot analysis and standardized interview. The research section is devoted to individual concepts and issues relating to the topic of my thesis, which I then served for the practical part. In the practical part, at first I introduced club to which the work relates and its history. Then I gradually recounted the problems of management and financing of the club. For these findings I used the method of SWOT analysis and made an interview with the president of SHK-Kunovice to whom I was cooperating all the time I was working on my thesis..
