Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on cost analysis of selected company in the period 2017 - 2021. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the company's cost in detail, to define what impact they have on key items and also on the economic results. How costs could be influenced to make the company run as efficiently as possible. The thesis describes the selected company, provides information about its car fleet, information about employees and respectively personal costs. In the theoretical part of the theses the cost as such and their classification are described. The practical part is dealing with the cost analysis itself. There are individual cost categories clarified in detail. On the basis of the analysis carried out, the proposal and recommendations specify how the costs could be optimized so the company is more efficient and achieves better economic outcomes. In conclusion, is a summary of all the findings and facts found.
