Správní budova jezdeckého areálu Velkého Dvora v Bohuslavicích (dřevostavba)

Abstract

Úkolem bakalářské práce byl návrh správní budovy jezdeckého areálu, který je součástí navrženého agroturistického centra Velký Dvůr v obci Bohuslavice nacházející se na trase mezi Ostravou a Opavou konkrétně u města Dolní Benešov. Tento komplex vznikl podél zdejší přírodní linie rybníků, které dnes slouží jako sádky nebo se využívají pro účely sportovního rybolovu. Cílem bylo podpořit potenciál okolní krajiny pro chov ryb a rekreaci, proto se v areálu kromě hotelu, restaurace, galerie, rybářského klubu, chatek pro rybáře a zpracovny ryb rozprostírá také jízdárna se stájí, jezdeckou halou a řešenou správní budovou. Vzniklý objekt využívá moderní technologie spolu s ekologickými materiály s ohledem na životní prostředí a tím nenarušuje krajinný ráz blízkého okolí.

Důraz byl kladen především na výběr přírodních materiálů, jednoduchost a také na snadnou a rychlou proveditelnost výstavby. V první části je řešena architektonická studie stavby a druhá část se zabývá pozemním stavitelstvím.

Goal of the thesis was design of the administration building of riding area, which is part of the designed agrotourism center of a large yard in the village Bohuslavice located on the route between Ostrava and Opava, specifically in the town of Dolni Benesov. This complex was designed along the lines of the local natural ponds, which now serve for purposes of sport fishing or as nurseries. The aim was to support the potential of the surrounding countryside for fish breeding and recreation, therefore the equestrian area spreads besides hotel, restaurants, galleries, cottages and processing plant for fish also a riding school with stables, riding hall and solved administrative building.The designed object uses modern technology along with eco-friendly materials with respect to the environment thus does not affect the landscape charakter of the surrounding area.

Emphasis was placed on the selection of natural materials, simplicity and easy and quick feasibility of construction. The first part is the architectural study of the building and the second part deals with building construction.
