Analýza ekonomické náročnosti správy technického zařízení monitorujícího provoz na pozemních komunikacích v Ústí nad Labem

Abstract

In the presented work is an analysis prepared monitoring economical operation of the equipment on the road in Usti nad Labem, in particular, to pursue compliance with the law and compliance with speed limits of light signals at intersections. In the first part of this work is presented Unicam system as a whole, its accessories, technical options, including a brief history of the development of equipment. In other parts of the work is a detailed analysis of the operations, facilities management and processing of data (the cost of the acquisition, operation and maintenance) and their further use. It is economical assessment of the operation (costs, profits), whether the facility has operated for the benefit of the company in respect of the security operation in the reference section. It is also found in the work, whether it is economical in terms of operating loss or profit. Based on the findings are proposed measures to ensure the optimization of the whole system.
