Abstract

The aim of this diploma thesis is to develop project documentation for the realization of a public facility building. It is a fire station, which consists of a main building with a tower and a garage building. The designed main building has two floors. The main building has a rectangular floor plan and is based on reinforced concrete strip foundations. The masonry supporting the ceiling structure and the system lintel is designed in the HELUZ system. The ceiling structure is designed in SPIROLL concrete slabs. The building is covered with a gable roof. The structural system of the garage is designed prefabricated steel-concrete skeleton, founded in a prefabricated footing. The building is roofed with a single ply flat roof. The work also includes a thermal technical assessment of the envelope and an Energy Label of the building envelope, evaluated according to CSN 730540-2 (2011).
