Trasologické stopy a kontrolní otisky – analýza vlivu podmínek odběru na jejich komparaci

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou trasologických stop a kontrolních otisků v kriminalistické praxi se zaměřením na vliv podmínek jejich odběru na výslednou míru shody při komparaci stop. Cílem práce je experimentálně posoudit vliv různých typů povrchů a odběrových materiálů na kvalitu trasologických stop a jejich shodu s kontrolními otisky, přičemž je zohledněn také vliv vnějších podmínek působících na stopu. Praktická část práce je realizována formou experimentu, při kterém jsou trasologické stopy pořizovány za různých podmínek na vybraných materiálech a následně porovnávány s kontrolními otisky. Komparace stop je prováděna s využitím specializovaného softwarového nástroje LUCIA. Na základě získaných výsledků jsou formulována doporučení pro kriminalistickou praxi.

This thesis deals with the issue of traceological traces and control impressions in forensic practice, focusing on the influence of collection conditions on the resulting degree of correspondence during trace comparison. The aim of the thesis is to experimentally assess the influence of different types of surfaces and collection materials on the quality of traceological traces and their correspondence with control impressions, while also considering the influence of external conditions affecting the trace. The practical part of the thesis is carried out in the form of an experiment in which traceological traces are created on selected materials under different conditions and subsequently compared with control impressions. The comparison of traces is performed using specialized software tool LUCIA. Based on the obtained results, recommendations for forensic practice are formulated.
