Abstract
In my Bachelor Thesis, I am focused on a warehouse of Long Products of ArcelorMittal Ostrava a.s. In my Bachelor Thesis, I am trying to present the warehouse of Long Products including concept of inventory creation and contribution granted to the Company. In terms of warehouse optimization, three factors can be found limiting higher productivity of such warehouse and I am specifying the reasons, possible solutions and economic contribution.
