Inovační příležitosti v malém výrobním podniku

Abstract

Subject matter of this Bachelor work is: Innovation opportunities in the small producing company. In this work I define concepts of innovation and competitive company and most often used dividing of innovation into individual areas. Then I follow up two methods supporting creativity in process of innovation. Main contribution of this work is analysis of business activities and interpretation of innovation opportunities in company.
