The aim of the bachelor thesis was to develop a design of ussing of locality ÚS 22, Ostrava – Svinov. Based of an analysis of current status of the locality and territorial plan of the Ostrava city, I have developed 3 alternative solutions of development in part of the area, by self-standing family houses. Development was designed to meet the criteria for quality housing. One of these solutions is elaborate in detail. The choosen variant contains urban design of development, design of the traffic and technical infrastructure with regard on technical and urban terms in surroundings of the solved territory.
