Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate a company performance, specifically performance evaluation of the company JTA - Holding, s. r. o. focusing on business in the construction industry. Theoretical part defines concepts and definitions used in the practical part. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of business performance using financial ratios and intercompany comparison. Recommendations for improvement are based on the information summary and will contribute the analyzed company to reach better results in the future.
