Benchmarking využití podnikatelských zón v regionu

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is comparison of the two selected industrial zones situated in the Moravian – Silesian region, the statutou city of Ostrava and applying a metodology of benchmarking. This work is divided into 5 chapters, where the first charter generally deals with the theoretical introduction to the business and its aid. Relates to the definitiv of the concepts of business, and the other subsections are introduced benchmarking metodology, definitions of benchmarking, development and history, types, and the use of benchmarking and benchmarking cycle. The third charter deals with the metodology of work used for this work. The penultimate charter is characteristic of industrial zones and entered the final processing metodology benchmarking using the selected parameters. The last chapter will cover proposals and recommendations for selected industrial zone.
