Abstract
Main objective for this bachelor thesis is proposal and processing of project
documentation for construnction of house for family consisting of four members. This house
will be situated in Beskydy Protected Landscape Area (in Czech abbreviated as CHKO
Beskydy) in a village Raškovice. Proposal deals with proper positioning of object on ground
plot against cardinal points, in creation of functional disposition of indoor rooms and in
choice of proper design solution and used materials. Because the object is situated in CHKO
Beskydy with 4th level of protection, whole architectural look is based on rural architecture,
but with usage of modern construction elements.
Thesis consists of written part which contains accompanying and summary technical
report and of drawing part with added TZB part.
