Abstract
The main goal of this thesis was preparation of the documentation for construction building and preparation of the technological processes of construction site for multifunctional house in Ostrava-Svinov. Next goal was to compare chosen technologies from time and financial aspects.
According to the set parameters I compared two chosen technologies of the construction site of the 1st floor above ground according to time and financial aspects. From graphic representation we can see, that masonry construction site is better in both of the aspects. According to time aspect, masonry construction site will be finished 9 days earlier as a monolithic reinforced concrete frame with masonry infil. According to financial aspect the masonry construction is better, but just about 60 485,23Kč. But if we take into account the possibility of future changes to the layout of the 1st floor, masonry building will not be as convenient. Monolitical frame system offers us to the future variable uses of space.
We can't clearly determine from that datas which technology to use for the construction site.
