Návrh zástavby rozvojové plochy mezi ulicemi Husova a Olbramická v Klimkovicích

Abstract

The subject of this thesis is a comprehensive study of buildings in the area between the streets Husova and Olbramická in Klimkovice. The thesis includes an analysis of the current state of the area with an indication of the limits and problems that can complicate the con-struction. The design of development area includes two variants of urban studies. Appropri-ately chosen solution is an on-onds, then subjected to further processing - the design of trans-port and technical infrastructure, green space, barrier-free solutions. The work also includes the study of one of the proposed buildings - terraced house, 3D visualization of development areas, the approximate calculation of investment costs for the eventual realization, calculations for the design of pipe dimensions utilities and governments expressing on the proposed soluti-ons.
