Abstract
The subject of this bachelor thesis is to design the roundabout of roads II/486 and lll/4861 in Hukvaldy village. The main reason for changes in an existing contact junction is a point defect in a traffic safety that this junction creates due to its untransparent location and structural layout. The thesis will include a description of the current situation, traffic engineering survey and the final draft of the roundabout. The main emphasis has been put on compliance with all rules, regulations and standards.
