Bytový dům v nízkoenergetickém standardu

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním dokumentace pro provedení stavby bytového domu v nízkoenergetickém standardu.V první části se práce zabývá stavebním řešením. V další části je objekt posuzován z hlediska stavební tepelné techniky. V objektu je dále řešen návrh otopné soustavy s alternativním zdrojem tepla-tepelným čerpadlem země-voda. Tento alternativní zdroj tepla je ekonomicky zhodnocen a porovnán s jinými variantami zdrojů. Objekt je taktéž posuzován z hlediska akustiky a denního osvětlení.

This diploma thesis focuses on elaborating of documentation for a construction of low-energy apartment building. The first part of the thesis deals with the construction itself. In the next part, the object is evaluated in regards to thermal structural technology. Further, proposal of the heating system with a use of alternative source of energy, heat pump of ground-water, is dealt with. This alternative source of heat is economically assessed and compared to other variants of heat sources. The building is also assessed in terms of acoustics and day lighting.
