Abstract
The aim of my bachelor’s thesis was to provide project drawings of a residential house on the outskirts of a town. Project drawing is focused on construction site accommodation.
The residential house is composed from one underground floor with a parking lot, free residential floors and non residential attic floor. The house is cut roofed and designed in a U-shape. Beside the parking lot there is as well a boiler plant and cellars placed in the underground floor. In above ground floors there are two flats per stage. One of them is a three room flat and the other one is a four room flat. In each flat there is an entrance hall, bath room, toilet and kitchen joined with space for eating room. Beside three or four rooms there is as well cabinet or study room in each of the flats. The house is primarily designated for general family living.
Designed construction site accommodation is optimised to utilise available ground space. Into account is taken logistic of construction material and construction machinery. Workers and engineers have standard background in installed shelters. Connection to utilities is as well part of designed solution.
