Abstract

The objective of this thesis is to prepare all supporting documents, business plans and program structure for the establishment of the university radio station. The secondary objective of this thesis is also to explain the specific legislation that completly affects this problem. It also explains the concepts related to this subject, an analysis of the current situation in the market and an overview of potential income and expenses. Information sources are primarily laws of the Czech Republic, specialized publications and Internet servers of government.
