Zlepšení systému výběru a hodnocení dodavatelů ve výrobním podniku

Abstract

The target of this thesis was analysis and evaluation of the current state of selection and evaluation of suppliers and to propose a possible improvement of the existing system, which is applied in the company. The object of this thesis was to analyze a suppliers portfolio of Semperflex Optimit s.r.o., Mixing department in Odry, in order to evaluate the current system of selection and evaluation of suppliers. The suppliers were dividend to 4 groups and a possible system for improving ratings was proposed for each group.
