Zhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti vybraného podniku

Abstract

The aim of this Bachelor thesis it to evaluate the competitivness of the Pramet Tools s.r.o. (Ltd) company. The various concepts of this topic are defined in the theoretical part of this thesis. The practical part of thesis contains analysis of the company external and internal enviroment which formulates proposals and recommendations aimed to improoving of the strategic desicions of te selected business entity. The PEST analysis and Porter´s five forces analysis are used for the external enviroment analysis. Internal enviroment analysis is based on financial analysis. The SWOT analysis, which creates recommendations for consolidation and strenghtening of the competitive position of selected business entity, is used for overal iternal and external analysis.
