Abstract

The topic of this thesis is a human resources department analysis of a chosen company, focusing on an employee evaluation. The main goal is to implement a formal assessment system proposal in the chosen industrial company (Severomoravské vodovody a kanalizace Ostrava a.s.). The master’s thesis is divided into 6 parts. The first one is the introduction of the thesis, followed by characterization of the chosen industrial company. The third part summarizes the available theoretical framework which is used in the rest of the work. The fourth part analyses the current state of the chosen industrial company and fifth part proposes recommendations based on the previous parts. The thesis concludes its findings in the final sixth part.
