Abstract

This thesis is devoted to the analyses of personal costs and labor productivity which is affected by the capacity and activity of employees in working hours. In practical part is an analysis current state of labor productivity and personal costs that fundamentally effect to the economy. The aim is ensure effective use of own employees in maintenance, modification new model in working time and reduction of personal costs.
