Abstract
The aim of this this bachelor thesis is to analyze the advantages of financing through lease, loan and buying for cash.The theoretical part describes the basic concepts and definitions of leasing and credit. The practical part is devoted to comparing different forms of finance assets using the method of net leasing advantage and discounted costs of leasing and loan to other criteria. Having compared the criteria I suggest a specific solution.
