Efektivnost outsourcingu

Abstract

This diploma paper gives an insight to the effectiveness of outsourcing in one unnamed company, we shall call here XY s.r.o. The paper is split to several parts. In the first one is explained the outsourcing itself – its advantages, disadvantages and risks. Second part is dedicated to description of the company and the last one to the evaluation of its outsourcing effectiveness. In the conclusion I put together some recommendations for changes in the outsourcing field.
