Abstract

This thesis is focused on the planning and functioning methodology in the ski club Mladosť Banská Bystrica from the financial and organizational point of view. Thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical section. Theoretical part deals with key words determination needed to understand the whole work. Practical part analysis club’s economy as one unit and also as separate volumes and it describes its training localities. Final part contains funding and organizational proposals for the following season and subsequent recommendations for the ski club. I used these methods to obtain information: individual dialogue, work with documents and SWOT analysis.
