Abstract

The fundamental topic of this submitted bachelor thesis is legal regulations of state funds and an analysis of financing in the environmental area and furthermore close related topics, environmental state funds and its grant program Zelená úsporám. First part includes an overview of legal regulations that is based on depth of budget standards up to individual state funds. Next part processes a financial balance of a fund in comparison with two periods, concretizes separate fund receipts and expenditures. A grant program Zelená úsporám, which is administrated by the environmental state fund, is described at the close.
