Hodnocení možností prevence potenciálních krizí ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The aim of the dissertation is to find out potential threat for small construction company and suggest solution for possible lacks detected. Various methods of solving problems, such as observation, comparison, analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, mathemathical and statistical methods are used for processing the dissertation. The theoretical part contains business issues, trade business issues and business environment issues in the Czech Republic. The practical part is about applying PEST analysis, Porter analysis, 7S and financial analysis at the company. Based on the data obtained by analysis, threats and weak point were found. These were evaluated especially in the organization of work, financial management, competition and in the changing political competition. In the last part are appropriate recommendations for making the company more effective.
