Abstract

The aim of this thesis was using the marketing research to measure students' satisfaction with vocational education in high school and business partner satisfaction. The work is divided into seven parts. The first part is an introduction in the second part is characterized by a college in which research is conducted. The third part is focused on dealing with customer satisfaction and marketing services in the schools. Another section is devoted to a methodology that includes the preparation and implementation phases of research. The practical part includes the actual marketing research, the results are evaluated and drafting recommendations for the vocational school.
