Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on creation of concept of talent management system in a Selected Company. The aim of the thesis is to create a concept of talent management system, based on the analysis of theoretical knowledge and the analysis of the current state of the talent management system in the company. This diploma thesis is divided into two parts – the theorical and practial part. The theoretical part is devoted to the description of methodology, methods and analysis of the theoretical basis of this issue. In the practical part is the characteristic of the Selected Company, the description of the current state of Human Resource Management and the design concept of talent management system.
