Abstract
The thesis is focused on process of implementation of standard ISO/TS 22163:2017, which is revision of standard IRIS, to the quality management system of organization BONATRANS GROUP a.s.
The theoretical part describes procedure of all steps needed for successful implementation. There are explained all concepts and importance of standard ISO/TS 22163:2017 for managing of integrated management system in organization with production focused on railway industry.
The practical part is focused on realization of individual steps of implementation of standard ISO/TS 22163:2017, based on the schedule of activities, with the aim of successful certification.
