The thesis addresses design of standard of physical protection for waterworks objects with a focus on critical infrastructure elements. Goal of the thesis is elaboration of corresponding design of standard of physical protection which primary purpose is to increase the current level of security of waterworks objects. The first part contains basic description of theory, necessary legislation and description of objects that this work deals with. It further describes theoretical part of the assessment of water supply objects from physical protection view. Second part is focused on design of standard of physical protection according to valid law regulation, standards, standardization of information and relies on the best current practice.
