Komparace hospodaření vybraných obcí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou hospodaření obcí. V teoretické části je popsáno, jaké jsou druhy příjmů, které obcím plynou do obecního rozpočtu. Dále jsou zde popsány výdaje, které obec vynakládá a také druhy financování. Praktická část porovnává hospodaření konkrétních obcí Holčovice a Heřmanovice za roky 2007 – 2009. Cílem této práce je za použití metody srovnávání porovnat hospodaření obcí Holčovice a Heřmanovice, rozebrat konkrétní příjmy a výdaje těchto obcí dle tříd rozpočtové skladby, vymezit extrémně rozdílné příjmy a výdaje těchto obcí a zjistit, co k tomuto rozdílu vedlo.

Bachelor's dissertation deals with problems of municipalities economy. Theoretical part describes types of earnings coming to the municipality budget, municipality expenses and types of funding. Practical part compares the economy of municipalities Holčovice and Heřmanovice in years 2007-2009. The goal of this dissertation is comparing the economy of municipalities Holčovice and Heřmanovice using the comparison method. It was analysed concrete earnings and expenses of these municipalities according to classes of budget structure and to specify extremely different earnings and expenses of these municipalities and identify the reason of these differences.
