Abstract
The aim of this work is the analysis of selected personnel activities in the enterprise. The theoretical part individual personnel actions explained and described in the opinion of the authors of scientific publications. First in the practical part is company introduction. Subsequently, an analysis of HR activities in the enterprise. Through the questionnaire is evaluated employee satisfaction in the company. In conclusion are described suggestions and recommendations for improving personal activities.
