Alternativní možnosti financování dlouhodobého majetku

Abstract

The Bachelor thesis discuss and analyzes possibility of financing of the long-term business assets. The paper opens with the discussion and literature review of the basic concepts of long-term assets financing and its distribution. The following chapters discus and analyze available forms of financing and consider their related costs. The paper continues with several case studies on financing of fixed assets using shares both ordinary and the priority ones, financial leasing and long-term bank loans. Based on the results we proposed possibilities of financing of the fixed assets in small and large companies. The paper concludes with general summary, our recommendations and proposal for further study.
